If ANYONE knows the answer to this or has any advise I will happily take it. I also Hit F12 whilst it was booting (When it was in Dual-Channel mode) which took me to the motherboard settings, but there was nothing about RAM config of DIMM slots. I tried switching them around and putting them in different slots but that did nothing. After taking it out it goes back to normal. If you’re not already looking inside your PC, an easy way to figure out the memory format is to look at the system manufacturer’s product page, user manual, or service manual. I would like to install it to the motherboard, but every time I do the compter beeps at me and gives me a warning light. I have got another 4 GB of RAM (The same brand and same layout as 2x2GB as well as the same gHz) sitting on my desk. The problem I'm having with it is that currently it has 4 GB of installed RAM in Dual-Channel Mode (2x2GB Cards). The stuff I changed in it were the memory cards (The old ones broke) and the hardrive (Originaly Western Digital 250GB w/ Windows 7).

This computer was constructed in 2011 BTW. So altogether it's not a gaming rig or anything, just a Google Search machine.

It's got Windows 10 and no Wifi Card in it yet as well. I have an old DELL OPTIPLEX 780 with Intel Core 2 Duo 500GB HDD, No graphics card yet (For reasons, i'll get the right cord eventually) and a Dell motherboard with 4-Channel DDR4 RAM Slots. This is my first time posting here so I hope someone can answer this.
